Question about hips...
drakegsd: Good afternoon! I am sorry to post in English but I live in the USA and for some reason I cant configure my keyboard to Russian alphabet I am hoping somebody could help me. I am writing on behalf of a friend who is interested in importing a VEO puppy from Russia. While I am originally from Moscow I have not been around Russian dogs in over 15 years. My question to you is regarding hips and hip dysplasia in VEO. How common is hip dysplasia in VEO dogs? Are there any xrays done on breeding stock to ensure that only dogs with good hips make it into breeding program? I browsed numerous websites but I have not been able to locate any mentions of hips on any of them. I would greatly appreciate any help! I am able to read Russian (just not type in it) so any responses would be greatly appreciated!!!
